Not at all! Our classes are open to everyone, whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. We provide variations for all levels, so you can move at your own pace and comfort. Your journey is unique, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
All you need is a yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in. If you don’t have a mat, we have a few available for use—just let us know in advance! You’re also welcome to bring a small towel and any props you like using (like a block or strap).
Absolutely! In fact, that’s one of the best reasons to start yoga. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement. Our classes are designed to help you gently build strength and flexibility over time. It’s about how you feel, not how you look in a pose.
You can book a class by contacting us via phone or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular class times, so we can ensure your spot and provide any extra details you might need before attending.
Yes, yoga can be very supportive during pregnancy, but we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first. We also suggest joining a class specifically tailored for prenatal yoga, or letting us know beforehand so we can offer modifications that suit your body and your stage of pregnancy.
That’s entirely up to you and your lifestyle! Even once a week can bring noticeable benefits. The key is consistency and listening to your body. Some students come two to three times a week, while others practice daily. There’s no right or wrong, it’s all about what feels good for you.
