Centering & Breathwork (5 mins) – Gentle seated meditation with deep breathing.
Warm-Up (8 mins) – Cat-Cow, Thread-the-Needle, gentle hip openers.
Standing Flow (20 mins) – Sun Salutations → Warrior I & II → Triangle Pose → Tree Pose for balance.
Seated & Floor Poses (15 mins) – Seated Forward Fold, Pigeon Pose, Supine Twists.
